Cooking Corn on Grill the Easy Way

Not to be corny but, nothing is better on a warm summer’s day than grabbing a few ears and cooking corn on the grill. As both a great snack and delicious side dish, corn on the cob is perfect for any social gathering in the sun. With these three steps you’ll be the cob master of the your next party

First, before anything, soak the corn with the husks in a container completely submerged. To accomplish this you might have to weigh those babies down so they won’t float.

Once moist then throw them on the grill with the cover on. Remember to keep turning the corn every 5-10 minutes so they won’t burn. You will know when the corn is done once the entire husk is browned and the ends are blackened. This takes some time to perfect so don’t worry if your first time is less than memorable.

Next take corn on the cob off the grill and clean them before serving. This is done by peeling off the husks and rinsing them under cold water to remove any excess ash you might have missed. Then its time to add your dressing and feast.

Cooking corn on the grill may seem complex but the more times you practice it you’ll see just how easy and enjoyable it is. So what are you waiting for, start your engines!
