Steaks 1/2” to 3/4” thick-
- Medium Rare – 145 Degrees for 4-5 minutes on each side
- Medium – 160 Degree for 6-8 minutes on each side
Steaks 1” to 1 and 1/2” thick-
- Medium Rare – 145 degrees for 6-8 minutes
- Medium – 160 Degrees for 9-11 minutes
