So it’s time to roast a turkey breast, but wait, just how long do you cook a turkey breast? We got your answers right here!

For safety precaution it is always best to rinse your turkey breast with warm water and dry it with a towel before handling. Also, wash all your utensils and dishes to prevent any cross contamination.

After sanitizing everything, prepare a margarine spread for your bird. This is a prime time to add any extra herbs or spices, so be creative!

Soften the margarine with the rest of the herbs and spice until you have a good spread. When its ready, rub that baby down making sure over the entire breast.

Next, preheat your oven to 350ºF

While you’re waiting for the oven to warm up, wrap the turkey breast in aluminum foil and place it in a baking pan. The set it in once the oven is ready.

A general rule is to roast the turkey 20 minutes for every pound of meat you have. However, it is best always to use a meat thermometer. When the turkey breast reaches 120º it is safe to eat.
