This marinade for grilling vegetables is easy to make, and you can buy all the supplies at your local grocery store. For the marinade, you need a bottle of Italian dressing, hot sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese. The best vegetables to use for grilling are bell peppers, onions, and asparagus. Mix up the colors of your bell peppers, as they all have a slightly different taste to them. Green, red, yellow, and orange are all great varieties of bell peppers to use. Cut the peppers and onion julienne (that means you ought to cut them long ways) into thin strips and set them aside. Don’t cut the asparagus.

Then, place all your cut vegetables and the asparagus into a large, sealable bag. Shake up the bottle of Italian dressing and add it to the bag.
