Marinade for Grilling Vegetables that you can make in seconds!

Vegetables are a necessary side to any meat or main course. Greens are really important to your diet and you must have them or you will feel the health side effects. As important as vegetables are for you, we know how tedious and monotonous grilling vegetables can be. They always taste the same, and it gets old really quick when you are eating the same grilling vegetables day in and day out. Below you will find a marinade for grilling vegetables that will excite your taste buds and your life and eliminate the monotony of eating the same grilling vegetables all the time.

This marinade for grilling vegetables is easy to make, and you can buy all the supplies at your local grocery store. For the marinade, you need a bottle of Italian dressing, hot sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese. The best vegetables to use for grilling are bell peppers, onions, and asparagus. Mix up the colors of your bell peppers, as they all have a slightly different taste to them. Green, red, yellow, and orange are all great varieties of bell peppers to use. Cut the peppers and onion julienne (that means you ought to cut them long ways) into thin strips and set them aside. Don’t cut the asparagus.

Then, place all your cut vegetables and the asparagus into a large, sealable bag. Shake up the bottle of Italian dressing and add it to the bag. Seal the bag and shake it up, allowing the dressing to wash over all the vegetables. Once they are covered, add a bit of hot sauce—not too much, as you don’t want the hot sauce flavor to overpower your grilling vegetables and the Italian dressing. Seal and shake once again. Finally, add the grated parmesan cheese until you can see it visibly over all of the vegetables, like spots or chicken pox. Leave the vegetables in the refrigerator for 30 minutes at the very minimum. Take them out and grill them when you are finished. Remember, the longer you leave them in, the better your marinade for grilling vegetables will taste!
