To make a grilled chicken breast sandwich first you are going to need:

A Grilled Chicken Breast (hah!)

Lettuce

Tomato

Red Onion

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Sandwich Rolls

First, take your un grilled chicken breast and thaw it out. It is best to let it thaw at room temperature, but that requires advanced planning, and we know how hard that is. You can also thaw your un grilled chicken breast in a bowl of boiling/really fucking hot water. You can also do it in the microwave. While this is happening you ought to light the grill.

When your un grilled chicken breast is thawed, throw it on the grill. Ideally, you want the chicken to be white all the way through (no pink) yet still juicy and moist to the touch (and bite). It should have black grill marks on the faces of the grilled chicken breast. Limit your flipping and turning to a minimum.

Afterwards, throw your grilled chicken breast on the sandwich roll. On top of your grilled chicken breast sandwich, add the sliced red onion, sliced tomato, and lettuce. Spread the honey mustard to your liking over the top of the bun. Add some fruit as a side (or the all-American French-fries) and enjoy your juicy, grilled chicken breast sandwich!

Recipes for Hamburgers that will have your mouth watering

August 3rd, 2009 by admin

Recipes for Hamburgers are the most sought after item on the cooking market, which is probably because hamburgers are a staple American diet. They are quick, easy, and allow for a full meal even when you busy schedule says you can’t sit down and eat a decent meal with your family. Below, you will find two recipes for hamburgers that will have your mouth watering. We promise that you won’t go wrong with these recipes for hamburgers.

The first recipe for hamburgers is a garlic lemon pepper burger, which is easy and quick and doesn’t really require any fancy mumbo jumbo. Just some hamburger meat, onion, garlic, an egg, and lemon pepper seasoning. Ideally, if you were using one pound of hamburger meat, you would want to use one medium sized onion, three or four cloves of garlic, one egg, and a healthy helping of lemon pepper seasoning.

What you want to do first is chop up the onion into fine pieces. You don’t want them to be too small, but they should be small enough as to not screw with the classic texture of the hamburger. Mince the garlic into fine pieces. Once your vegetables are chopped, put them into a large bowl with the ground beef, add the egg, and mix them all together with the lemon pepper seasoning until they are all an even consistency throughout the meat. Make sure not to forget to add salt and pepper. If you are low on lemon pepper seasoning, you can substitute extra pepper and lemon juice. Make sure not to add too much lemon juice otherwise you will have soggy burgers.

Pack the meat together into patties and turn on the grill. Allow them to cook. It is also suggested that you put the bun on the grill as well, for a crispy finish. And that is the first recipes for hamburgers we will tell you.

We like to call it the Southwest Salsa Burger, but in its honor we’ll refer to it as the best hamburger recipe in the world.

The best hamburger recipe in the world will yield about 5-6 burgers. It is best served with a side of corn on the cob and honey baked beans, but you can get creative and serve it with any sides you’d like—mashed potatoes, peas, biscuits and what not.

You will need the following items for the best hamburger recipe in the whole world:

1 lb Ground Beef

1 yellow onion

1 medium jalapeño pepper (minced)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 egg

½ cup bread crumbs

1 tbsp oregano leaves

½ tsp cumin

¼ tsp chipotle chili powder

Salt

Pepper

Garnish:

Corn & Bean Salsa

Monterrey Jack Cheese

Tomato

Guacamole

Fried Tortilla Strips

Follow the directions below to compile your best hamburger recipe! First, mince the garlic, onion, and jalapeño pepper. Add the vegetables with the ground beef into a large bowl. Add the egg and all the spices and begin mixing until you have an even consistency between all three. If your mix feels a bit wet, add some breadcrumbs to make it a bit thicker. Don’t add too much though, or your burgers will fall apart!

After you have mixed all the ingredients, break the mixture down into three to five ounce patties. Pack them tightly together and start the grill.

While the grill warms, cut down three or four tortillas into strips. Add oil to a pan (enough to submerge the strips) and fry them until they are crispy. They will still be a little wet, but you can put them on tin foil and throw those babies on the grill for a few minutes to dry them up.

Cook your best burger recipe on the grill until they are the desired temperature. Add the Monterrey jack cheese so it melts. When the burgers are done, spread the guacamole over the bottom bun and place the burger over it. Add the corn and bean salsa on top, then add the fried tortilla chips.
